Frequently Asked Questions
1) How long will it take?
It depends on the amount of data on WhatsApp. Data less than 5 GB usually finishes in less than an hour. Whereas more than 10 GB can take more than two hours.
2) What must be prepared?
Please first backup the data to Google Drive (if moving from Android to iPhone); or to iCloud (if moving from an iPhone). Also prepare the original data cable for both devices.
Remote work is mandatory using a computer (laptop, desktop, or Mac).
3) How does it work?
The process is divided into two stages: Stage 1 is Backup and Stage 2 is Restore.
We will use TeamViewer for remote desktop.

We will be there throughout the process. Clients can text using WhatsApp, DM Instagram, Telegram, phone, or video call.
4) Are you available for Home Service ?
Yes, we do. We serve home service for Jabodetabek (Greater Jakarta) area. There will be additional cost IDR 100K for transport fee.
5) Is my data safe?
100% safe. We access your computer only to input the username and license key and will be log out immediately after the process is complete. WhatsApp data is completely stored on the client's laptop.
If the process is done face-to-face, clients can see the process for themselves and no data is stored on our computers.
6) All chats, including photos, videos and files can be transferred?
Yes. All chat history including photos, videos, and files in WA will be transferred safely to the new cellphone.
7) Can you transfer all data from old phone to the new one? Not only WhatsApp, but also Contacs, Photos, Videos, SMS.
Every time I move WhatsApp, I give bonus to moving Contacts, including Photos and Videos that will be moved using Google Photos. Meanwhile, SMS, Music, and Notes cannot be transferred.
8) How about the payment?
We accept payments via bank transfer, Tokopedia , OVO, Go-Pay. Payment can be made before or during the process.
For international client, we accept payment via PayPal, Western Union, etc.
